To make different cultural groups aware of ‘The Spirit of Expression’ – the concept behind The 2008 National Festival of the Arts, Creatrix liaised with TBWA to create a radio campaign in which Sesotho, isiXhosa and isiZulu cultural instruments – voice, accordion and guitar - hearkened to each other to create a fusion of cultural activity
The Sesotho spot starts with the accordion and segues into the voice and guitar tracks. The isiXhosa spot begins with a tuneful cultural yodel and blends with the accordion and voice. And the isiZulu spot first features a rural guitar feel that blends with voice and accordion. Three unique spots for the price of one production.
