Created for The International Marketing Council, the Act Now positioning was driven for Youth Day and Heritage Day in a series of hard hitting messages embedded within in a memorable and catchy jingle.
The IMC is committed to a positive country full of possibility and wanted to communicate the message of ‘You are the change that you want to see’. As this is a fairly complicated concept, the jingle was created into which the message could be inserted without seeming pretentious or over the heads of the audience.
The Youth Day campaign was produced in 11 official languages and crafted from real South African stories.
