Tshintsha Mzansi, Tshintsha

Creatrix created and produced Tshintsha Mzansi, Thintsha an interactive edutainment feature that compels South Africans to shift their awareness of the way we consume electricity. The eight week series flighted on all 9 ALS Stations from February to March 2011. In its first week of broadcast, over 54 000 SMS responses were received as part of the interactive competition. 

Synergising with the radio campaign is an 8 part animation in which the characters from the radio drama are brought to life in a series of 3 minute 2-D animations.  The series is currently on the Eskom website and will be used in taxi ranks and other sites on the ground.
